We hope all is well for you as we move forward from the Lion’s Gate portal that just happened a short time ago. Today we want to discuss mindfulness, and given that Nate had a brief talk on this, we wanted to offer further insight.
Mindfulness to us is the ability to be cognizant and aware of your current state of being. From what you are thinking in this moment, to how you are feeling in this moment, to what you are doing in this moment, all of these things and more are at the core of mindfulness. When we are not mindful, it either creates ripple effects that can ruin what you are manifesting or can cause you to lose sight on that ever important present moment, which is at the core of mindfulness.
In order to live a happy, fulfilling, and Loving life, it is almost a requirement for you to be mindful. What you eat, who you're with, or what you’re learning or looking at, all of these things must be done not only with intention, but with an awareness as to the who, what, where, when and why of that predicament. When things are approached with mindfulness, our life becomes more whole and more complete.
