Hustle culture has associated the frequency (how often) with the intensity (how intentional). While they are DEFINITELY related, they are different aspects and as important as consistency is, the intensity has an equal, if not greater, importance.
When we talk about growth, you CANNOT ignore consistency. You will not grow in anything without consistently doing it. However, when growing in your craft or a business, we also have to discuss the enthusiasm and intention behind doing anything.
